We start with high-quality, lean cuts of beef. These are carefully sliced into thin strips, ensuring even cooking and the perfect crisp in every piece.

Sazonado Simple y Sabroso

Our beef strips are marinated in a blend of simple spices. This not only infuses the meat with rich flavor but also helps preserve it by drawing out moisture, preparing it for the drying process. To enhance the authentic taste, we use hickory wood smoke. The smoke is condensed into a liquid form, which is then used to infuse the beef, providing a natural smoky flavor that complements the spices.

The marinated beef strips are slow-cooked in a low-temperature oven for several hours. This method ensures the meat is thoroughly dried while retaining its flavor and nutritional value.
